Welcome to The Branded Patch. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. General Information

We provide embroidery services for various products, including but not limited to apparel, accessories, bags, hats, and more. Custom embroidery services may also be offered for logos, text, designs, or other personalized artwork.

2. Orders
2.1 Order Placement
All orders are placed through our website, in person, or via phone. By submitting an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
2.2 Custom Designs
If you wish to submit a custom design for embroidery, it is your responsibility to ensure the design is in an acceptable format (e.g., .jpg, .png, .ai, .svg, etc.) and meets our embroidery requirements. We reserve the right to reject any designs that do not meet our standards or are deemed inappropriate.
2.3 Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, we will confirm the details via email or phone. It is your responsibility to review the confirmation and ensure that all information is accurate.
2.4 Changes to Orders
Any changes to an order must be communicated within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, changes may not be possible or may incur an additional fee.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at the time of order confirmation is the final price for that order unless changes are requested or additional services are added.
3.2 Payment Terms
Full payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payments via credit card, apple pay, & PayPal.
3.3 Refunds & Cancellations
Once an order has been confirmed and production has begun, cancellations are not allowed, and no refunds will be issued. If the order is canceled before production starts, a full refund may be issued, minus any applicable processing fees.
4. Turnaround Time
4.1 Estimated Time for Completion
Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity and volume of the order. We provide an estimated completion time upon confirmation of your order.
4.2 Delays
While we make every effort to meet deadlines, delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen events such as shipping delays, material shortages, or other force majeure events.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Shipping
We ship orders to the address provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure the shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5.2 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or communicated at the time of order confirmation. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
5.3 Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen and the location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
6. Returns & Exchanges
6.1 Custom Orders
Due to the nature of custom embroidery, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted for personalized items unless there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect design, spelling errors, etc.).
6.2 Defective or Damaged Products
If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. All claims for defective or damaged products must be made within 10 days from the date of delivery.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Customer Designs
By submitting a custom design to us, you warrant that you have the right to use and distribute the design. You grant us a limited license to use the design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
7.2 Our Designs
All designs and artwork created by us remain the property of The Branded Patch unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. You are not authorized to use our designs for any other purpose without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our liability for any claim shall be limited to the total amount paid for the specific order.
